Our volunteers are at the heart of Evangelical Homes of Michigan.

We know it is the individual interactions our volunteers have with our residents that makes Evangelical Homes of Michigan so special. Our volunteers are at the core of our vital ministry and they give freely of their time in a variety of ways. Some offer governance oversight and leadership vision by serving as a member of a board or committee. Others spend their free time with our residents, being the compassionate friend or providing entertainment, but in every setting opening their hearts wide to offer comfort and love.

Whether you can volunteer one hour or 20 - we welcome you. Some of our volunteers have worked with us for decades. Others are brand new to our organization. Everyone is welcome to offer their time and love. Each volunteer is personally interviewed and screened, and is provided opportunities based on their interests and skills to ensure the volunteer experience is a positive one for both the volunteer and our residents.
