Our affordable senior housing communities exemplify this commitment, offering a wide range of services and amenities in charming surroundings.

We have three communities that currently offer affordable senior housing and care. Mill Pond Manor, located in Saline, is co-sponsored by Retirement Housing Foundation and Evangelical Homes of Michigan.

In northwest Detroit, Eden Manor and Evangelical Manor are conveniently located near bus lines, medical centers and shopping centers.

All three communities offer one-bedroom apartments that include carpeting, window treatments, modern kitchen appliances, air conditioning and an emergency call system. Activities, delicious and nutritious meals, pastoral care and the warmth and compassion for which Evangelical Homes of Michigan is known, are also available in each community.
